Payment and delivery
The prices are indicated on the site in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs is specified on the site before validation of the order. COZY CAPUCINE reserves the right to modify the prices of the articles at any time, the articles being invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of each order. The price of the items invoiced is therefore that indicated when ordering.
The order is payable immediately by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) or by Paypal.
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.
The shipment is made via the Post Office by Colissimo or DHL.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the number of items:
1 item = €5.00
2 to 4 items = €7.00
5 items = Free delivery
These costs include the preparation and packaging costs in addition to the shipping costs.
Return and refund
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception , where applicable, return costs”. “The period mentioned in the preceding paragraph runs from the receipt for the goods or the acceptance of the offer for the provision of services”. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the seller by email at cosycapucine@gmail.com. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be subject to the right to reimbursement, the return costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of products must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, labels, etc.) so that they can be resold as new.
They must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase, and should be sent to:
